The subclass 190 State Nominated visa is suitable for candidates with occupations on the Medium and Long Term Skills Shortage List (MLTSSL) with insufficient points in the SkillSelect Points Test (Australian PR Points Test) to secure an invitation to apply for a subclass 189 visa.
