The team has AHWC has been amazing! Xiaodan,Apryl and Clarisa have made ma journey so easy. It is an emotional and long process and they know how to stay patient and understanding with you while guiding you. I am very thankful for their knowledge and kindness.
Going through a visa application is by far one of the most stressful experience. I cannot express enough the quality of services provided by Charisse from AHWC. She was constantly responsive and in bonus she always had a dynamic and positive attitude. From the get go she made me and my partner felt welcome and confident about the entire process. Sincerely so thankful for everything!
Couldn't recommend AHWC more. In the midst of a global pandemic, with borders closed and heavy restrictions on travel, there couldn't have been a more stressful time to try an obtain a visa. With our first child on the way in December, myself and my partner were in a very time sensitive position. Crishelle and the team were nothing but professional and friendly and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Thankfully the visa application was turned around in record time and with no complications. We couldn't be more thankful and appreciative of AHWC for making an otherwise lenghty, stressful and complicated process so quick and painless 😊
I found Patrick to be attentive and available which was important since I was away from Australia. I recommend AHWC and was happy with Patrick’s advice.
I was passed onto AHWC from a friend and ended up working with Crishelle. I found the process smooth, informative and a total stress-reliever. Despite tight turnaround times for my application, I felt safe leaving it entirely in the hands of AHWC and would regularly call Crishelle for sound and reassuring advice. Given the 820 is so heavy on paperwork and small complications it was brilliant being able to ask questions whenever I needed to, and to share the burden with professionals. Absolutely recommend!
My wife and I were incredibly fortunate to have Xiaodan & her paralegal Clarisa at AHWC manage our partnership Visa application. They were honestly the most incredible team we could have asked for to assist us with such a sensitive process. Xiaodan & Clarisa have been incredibly responsive and professional throughout this entire process. They always responded to our emails or calls almost immediately, they provided knowledge, guidance and patience the whole way through and assisted us whenever we had questions. We acted fast and efficiently under the guidance of Xiaodan, and we were quickly approved our Partnership Visa within a 5.5 week time frame and we could not be happier with the outcome. Xiaodan guided us the whole way, we completely invested our trust in her approach and her expertise, which made this experience the most positive that it could be. This has been a really challenging time in our lives but these women have made it so much easier with their knowledge and guidance. We could honestly not thank them both enough. If you are considering if an immigration agent is worth the fee, my wife and I can honestly say this is the best money we have ever spent on a service. It can be a very overwhelming process and having an experienced agent managing your application is worth every penny. We would highly recommend Xiaodan and her team at AHWC to anyone in need of an immigration agent. You wont regret it.
From the very first visit at AHWC in Melbourne meeting Seamus I knew this was the right company to handle my partner visa. I was assigned Michelle O’Donnell who works in their Sydney office, her expertise and knowledge was second to none. I ended up having to complete a health waiver and her guidance through it all made for a successful application. My fiancée and I had lots of nervous moments but Michelle reassured us at every point that we would be ok. I would highly recommend AHWC to anyone that is on a similar journey and if you’re lucky enough to have Michelle look after your case you can be rest assured you’ll be in safe hands.
Very pleased with my choice to work with Patrick from AHWC. Very informative, supportive and responsive. Couldn't recommend AHWC enough.
I highly recommend AHWC. I worked with Amy Wan and the two paralegals April and Clarisa on getting my partner visa. They all great enthusiastic people, the service they provided us was fast, reliable and professional. My visa granted in 19 months thanks to the dedicated work from Amy. She gave us very detailed instructions, answered all our questions promptly, read our statements and gave us proper advice. And you wouldnt believe how fast she could find out the mistakes in your statements that you couldnt even notice. A special thank you to you Amy.
Our experience with AHWC Immigration Law was extremely positive. They gave us hope and used their professional expertise to guide us through the Partner Visa Process. Our Visa was granted in under five weeks for which we are incredibly grateful. A huge thank you to Alice and her Team!
