You can also use the link in the email to reschedule should you need to or alternatively, contact us on +61 3 9573 5200 if you need to change your appointment time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Whilst you’re waiting to speak to us, please gather the following documents together in preparation for your consultation:-

* your current passport.

* employment dates if you intend to rely on work experience, as well as copies of qualifications if applicable (a CV would be great!).

* relationship dates if you’re thinking about a partner visa.

* family birth dates and passport particulars if you have a partner and/or children.

* any document you have already submitted to the Dept if applicable.

*any questions which you currently have.
