Book Now You may appeal the decision to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). You must lodge the review application with the Tribunal within 21 days of the date on the refusal letter. There is no provision for late lodgement. I strongly suggest you seek out a Registered Migration Agent who is experienced in running matters at the AAT.
